All requirements of the German Data Protection Act have been met by VdS Schadenverhütung. Because the technical processing of sending the Newsletter is performed by VdS Schadenverhütung, your data is stored and processed electronically in a data bank by VdS Schadenverhütung. Your personal data will not be provided to third-parties. 
At any time you may revoke your consent to the storage and processing of your data by sending a short email to info@vds.de. This will result in a complete deletion of your data from the data bank. 
Please subscribe personally to the Newsletter. Registration of third-parties is not permitted and may, under certain circumstances, result in claims for damages if other internet users are harassed.

General Terms and Conditions of Newsletter transmission by VdS Schadenverhütung
A contractual relationship is entered into between you and VdS Schadenverhütung upon registration of your data in the Newsletter registration box. Accordingly, you have the right of termination and revocation in accordance with §3 FernAbsG. No reason is required for revocation. The revocation time period is two weeks and commences upon conclusion of this participation contract. The revocation time limit is satisfied by a timely sending of the revocation, e. g. per email to info@vds.de. However, the revocation right terminates as soon as VdS Schadenverhütung commences performance of services with your consent prior to the end of the objection.
